Mafia Value Editor file

MafiaVE is an old editor by the same fellow that brought you MWVE and MCVE. It is meant to improve upon them and add new features like the ability to edit scene2.bin files. Apparently development was stopped because of the availability of other advanced Mafia editors such as DC||ED. However this tool may be of use for simple vehicle and weapon editing. No help is available for this tool so you may wish to consult MCVE and MWVE to get most of the information you need to make your modifications.
