The main file apparently contains a Trojan, and therefore cannot (and should not) load.
My antivirus hasn't detected any trojans. But, you have to keep in mind that the trainer is hacking the game process, and therefore likely detecting a false positive.
However, somebody told me that the standalone trainers that get generated with Cheat Engine, can contain adware, whatever that is.
I could perhaps upload a non-standalone trainer version that requires you to install Cheat Engine for you to be able to use it.
