i changed the files a little bit so it can work with Sasuna's Daytime Mod so install Sasuna's Daytime Mod and then replace his lvl 4 file with mine and there ya go
first download Sasuna's Daytime Mod and extract it then install it and then download my files and extract them then replace his level 4 files with my level 4 files. Please note his mod or any other mod is not required but if you install this mod alone without Sasuna's Daytime Mod level 4 will be brighter then the other levels.
