0a. Make sure you have about 20 GB free of disk space available. (Full features may require about 17 GB of space).
0b. Make sure you have Windows 7 or newer, and administrator rights under your current Windows user account.01.
01a. DOWNLOAD FROM MODDB: Download the RenHD official beta (v0.90) file from ModDB.
01b. DOWNLOAD FROM WEBSITE: Alternatively, go to Ren-hd.com and click anywhere inside the webpage if the ModDB download did not work. Click Install > RenHD > RenHD Installer. The download will begin soon and depending on your internet speed it might take a while.
02. Once the download is finished, extract the EXE and BIN files from the compressed folder anywhere in your PC. All files must be in the same location.
03. Run the EXE installer as an administrator and select the folder where you would like to see RenHD installed. Follow the prompts until the installation is complete.
04. Installer comes with Full HD cutscene movies (1080p). If you would like to have the 4K version go to ren-hd.com and click on Install > Movies > 4K to download them. Extract the BIK files into RenHD\Data\Movies (make sure you backup the existing ones in case the 4K). 4K movies file download is also available here in ModDB.
