install in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Wargame Red Dragon\Data\WARGAME\PC\58710. If not using steam you will have to look around for the correct folder
activation points for decks default changed to 90
reduced activation point cost to 1 for all slots except naval. naval is still 0
unspecialized decks now have 18 slots for all unit categories. note the game will only display the first 9 slots in the deck builder due to game limitations.

militia infantry increased to 10x availability per card and to 10 cards
