Replaces the naval battle marines for Savoy, Genoa, Naples and Venice, Spain, France, Prussia, Portugal (1725 colours) and Denmark marines (1712-6 regulations).

If you are running the AUM mod too then make sure to place it below the HMM in the load order in Modmanager to ensure the new marines appear in the game.
does this work along side Darth mod
I think so but not sure about with DMUC. If Darth mod replaces the marines too, then you need to place HHM above it in the loading order so the HHM marines appear. Same applies with other mods replacing replacing marines.
