Add and create new specialization for some new hero fincial

add new spell :
Purifying mud:
Level 1 damage spell: removes a positive effect from the target /
If earth master lv2: Removes 1 additional positive effect

Added couldown for 10 spells

rework weapon for archangel

Modification of multiplayer morality; removal of the health point bonus and the heal for the upgrade of the new health threshold. (this was too op, following the test and combat carried out during the Hahakocka5541 tournament)

New versions of four maps:

Revolution
These maps have been modified so that saves work normally (they were no longer working properly since changes were made to the map editor a few weeks ago).
Additionally, new magic items and locations (which were created not long ago) have been incorporated into these maps.
These maps are automatically available in several languages (including English and French).

New EarthSea scenario which contains new magic items and new locations from version 1.35 of the mod.
This scenario contains many quests. It will be available in French, German and English.

This means that there will be 4 fixed maps (so that they work with H7.5) and a new scenario in the next update 1.35 🙂

Bug fix :

Now, the rust sword reduces the health points of enemy military and artificial units by 20%, during the first 3 rounds of combat.

Modification of the Thunder Bird Lightning Aura ability: create a critical bug: now, places a debuff that inflicts damage at the start of the creature's turn and reduces its movement by 2
