Halo Rise 1.2 Demo file

So there are a bit of changes,like a radar,music,menu,etc

Biggest change was the 1080p to 720p because the radar didn't like bigger resolutions. I can fix this later on but for now it'll stay 720p to avoid any issues.

Also enabled "Use Synchronization to avoid tearing" because Windows 10 did not run without it. Not sure how this effects any other OSes(originally I used Windows 7 which I didn't need that for)

The goal here is just for feedback on my current progress, it isn't meant to be much.
