lol these dummies truly are thoughtless. First they post that they had a problem, then they say they figured it out. But they never explain how lmao. Humans are ******* stupid.
That's honestly a bit harsh, don't you think? It's not like they owe us an explanation, and secondly he managed to download Vengeance of the Blood Ravens on his own, so he can't be that stupid. It's not like you know the person in RL, so at the end of the day you're just assuming he's a *******. Also second languages are a thing, not everyone has english as their first language. Call me whatever, words can only hurt you if you let them. I hope you understand where i'm coming from.
I'm sorry I'm not overly experienced in creating installers. Only thing I can recommend is making sure -dev is added to launch options as these are not in proper packed map format. I also add -nomovies and -modname astartes to use the mod vengeance of the blood ravens which I tested and play these on, nothing works without the launch options set. These also have the files to open in the world builder editor if you wish to customize to your liking.

Only reason I say that is cause I personally ALWAYS make sure to explain how I fixed the problem for me. It's proper protocol, common sense. It's thorough, the opposite of lazy. Its how you progress... for anything. But whatever, it's fine... he can do what he wants.
I'm sorry, but I cannot get it to work. I put the "Data" folder in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dawn of War II - Retribution\GameAssets\Data" and the "freeforall" folder in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dawn of War II - Retribution\Assets\Maps".
I also have launch properties set to "-nomovies -dev" (without the ""s)(I have Vengeance, but I'm trying to see if it works with or without, which neither do.)
I also looked under all gamemodes, and could not see any new maps.
double check the directories and download HALLS OF WAR 2
merge the data folder with "data" not put it into it.
As always try to open them in the editor and see if they are there as I made these for people to edit and customize their own as well. a few of the maps are just templates.
