I extracted the "baked" folder that was in hb.zip and placed it in the "sourcemods" folder. When I open Half-Baked through steam, it crashes after the loading screen. Am I doing something wrong?
Edit: Never mind. Fixed by changing SDK 2013 SP to use beta "upcoming".

I can't launch the game, could you tell me how to proceed to fix it (altough SDK 2013 is set up to upcoming) ?
I actually have no clue, try owning valve complete pack, i may have to find out how to do that tomorrow.
put the bin folder of another mod into the baked folder, it fixed it for me.
