Download Alci's IMG Editor....
Open your GTA San Andreas/models/gta3!
Click actions, Import and remove if exsist!
Select your weapon mods, click okay...
And click save, and rebuild, wait couple seconds and you should be allright!

How come my SAMI doesn't recognize this zip file...
And if i can't instal it with SAMI, with witch program can i do it?
I didn't use SAMI, you just gotta install it manually (I think I even included some instructions :p)

try gta sa crazy IMG EDITOR V1.0 FINAL JUST CLICK EDIT AND CLICK ADD WITH REPLACEMENT AND IT INSTANTLY REPLACE WHAT YOU ADD
