This is a tutorial in which it tells you alot about modding superpower 2, it tells you everything you need to know.
This is where I learnt how to mod super power 2, I learn't mostly by fiddling around and by following the tutorial. It tells you everything, but the only step by step tutorial they do for you is creating and adding a new faction. It is easier to overwrite a faction rather than create one, everything else like creating units groups and designs are pretty much simple when you know what you are doing.
This wasnt on the super power 2 page so I decided to add it here, so If any of you guys are going to mod super power 2 download this and if you need help just ask. Good luck.
