Original Description/Intro: The Crime in Civville is out of control. The infamous Crips and Bloods have lain siege to the town along with two new deadly gangs indiginous to Civville, the Hawks and the Panthers. Can the Police and Civilians ward off this crime wave that is descending upon the town or will the Mafia keep them corrupted long enough for the town to slip into criminal hands? Only you can decide the fate of this town.
