Description

This is a small demo so I can showcase what I have been working on after much inactivity. I have been very busy lately, but I hope to work on this mod some more once I get SAT's and school stuff out of the way. I hope you enjoy this little demo. Be sure to comment, as I am open to all suggestions! Be sure to read the readme inside for credits, installation instructions, and some notes. If Moddb doesn't work, there is a link in the description.

These premises are really excellent, I only ask a question that I think I have already asked with the latest version of USM: is there a chance to play the campaign in the final version?

Yes. I have plans to extend this mod beyond conquest to campaign, although I will most likely not change the setup and objectives of the campaign itself. The way to play the new campaign will be from the instant action menu by using the campaign gamemode (which should be visible if you download the 1.3 patch).

One thing I only noticed now is that the force push is too powerful, in my opinion it devalues the use of the lightsaber.However, it is only a suggestion.

I think a good balancing idea is to increase the stamina it uses. I wanted the push to be powerful like in the new battlefront 2 game.

It's just that the damage seems too high to me, I can continuously use the push and the saber is almost useless.It reminded me of when I was playing the first TFU the powers were so powerful that using the lightsaber made no sense.Maybe i just overthinking it.

Yea. Ill be sure to reduce the damage a tad. When I play, I use to the push to lower their health so I can finish them off easily with the light saber, but I can see that it is easy to spam the force push. I feel like it could be used to constantly stun heroes, so I will definitely make it cost more stamina as well.

Just wondering, where are the Clone models from? I think I may have seen them (or something similar)in other mods I've downloaded, and I want to use them for my clone side mod.

The phase 1 troopers are here:

For phase 2, I am not really sure where I got them from. I know that they were hard to find and are probably on gametoast or swbfgamers. The file names include things like 'rep_inf_ep3trooper_hd' and 'rep_inf_TFU_Clone_Trooper_Phase2_Clone', so I would search for TFU clones or HD clones.

Love it so far.

Bugs i have encountered:

1. Switching weapons delays by a few seconds at times.

2.a few of the same heroes can be played all in one match at times like for example there can be 2 Han solos and 2 Baba Fetts.

3.the weapon icon never changes and is always the same

These are the bugs i have encountered so far. For now i will give the mod a 7/10

i hope to see more improvements with your amazing work!

For most of these bugs, they are something that I am aware of, except the switching weapon delay bug. I can easily fix the bug where two heroes can spawn at one time (just something I forgot to fix at launch). The weapon icon is fixable, but I have to do some more learning to figure out how to display the icons of the new meshes I put in. Let me know if you are playing on steam or disk, as sometimes bugs occur on one and not the other. I will try to investigate the weapon switch delay, but I don't think I have that bug on my end. Ty for the bugs and review. It really helps!
