My goal with this mod was to remove the flash effects that occur when entering slowmotion and when using painkillers to make the game more epilepsy friendly. This is a mod i originally made to make the game less flash intensive for my own enjoyment however i figured others with/or without epilepsy might enjoy it as well.
Additionally i've fine tuned the damage of all the weapons, for example single beretta damage changed from 5 to 5.35
Changed the amount of ammo you can carry and amount of picked up ammo is decreased for the game to be slightly more challenging.
Changed the sound of the shotgun, Sawn off Shotgun and Sniper Rifle
Added higher quality weapon textures
Slowmotion regeneration bonus, empty hourglass takes 215 seconds to fill

Update V.22 released:
Originally changed Shotgun firerate to 0.95 in first release, changed to 1.16 with more bulletspread
Sped up slowmotion slightly to match slowmotion feel of Max Payne 2.
Slowmotion time rebalanced to 10.5 seconds with 215 seconds of regenerationtime.
Added bloody death faces to enemies
