Truly your additional empires be mighty and your data editing be valiant, by my dear modder, wouldst you heed my word?
The grave pirates are indeed playable, and their empire shant be small with a fleet to rival the French. But to use them one must simply visit the city screen in the lists menu and built. Thus it is fortold that whence a thing be built the city shall shine agan. But my dear modder, your dearest pirates have but swords in this world of steel and fire. wouldst thou consider obliging them with sulfer and trigger to fend off the heros of this world?
XD okay I'm done with the old speak. Basically I love your mod, but I have a few suggestions.
All factions playable.
Pirate Musketmen. MAYBE canons.
non playable empires get diplomacy and tech trees.
allow extra factions in custom battles.
I'm not sure if you're still working on it but it'd be much appreciated : )

I did what the instructions said to do, but when I launch the game, and go to the campaign menu, there are no new factions available? what's wrong?

youre mod is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have steam italian version and when i try to start a campaign just few vwery few faction is playable but when start the game is impossible to start or controle youre city's it's just broken!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
