The fifth update for Elite's Conflict Mod v1.2 Gamma. DELETE YOUR OLD AUDIO, SCRIPTS, TEXT, AND XML folders and then add the new ones in!!!!
This is only a hotfix file set, please delete the old folders (Audio, Scripts, Text, and XML) from your Elite's Conflict Mod Data folder before installing the new ones into your Data folder. DO NOT just override the old ones as some files have been deleted.
Changes Include:
- Massive Rebel Alliance space unit balances
- Rebel space station garrisons updated
- "The Executrix - Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin" added (his flagship)
- Y-wings fire proton torpedoes bug fixed
- Venator-class Star Destroyer doors no longer move as it was bugging (we will look into fixing this at a later point)
- Starfighter health/shields balanced and overall reduced
- Corporate Sector Authority space station garrisons updated
- Massive C.S.A. space unit balances
- Updated victory music for all factions
- Updated some menu texts
- Began adding new tech system for the C.S.A. (still incomplete)
- Added C.S.A. hero "Fiolla of Lorrd" and her flagship "The Reliance"
- Further updated in-game Mod Credits
- Added the C.S.A. Research Facility (still incomplete)
- Updated the names and descriptions of C.S.A. structures
- Updated the C.S.A. occupied system symbol
- And other changes not significant enough to report...

I know there is still quite a bit of work to do, trust me, I really know, but together we can make this mod one of the best mod for Empire at War ever created!
I think if in the future, comments, suggestions, etc. are left with a patch stamp, that would be very helpful for me.
For example: "hey the blah blah unit is broken still - v1.2.3" something like that would help us manage feedback a lot easier. Not a requirement but I would appreciate it and those comments will likely be addressed faster.

Patch X 03 comments: Not much difference from the last version I played. Missing hard points have been corrected as well as other irritants...though my major complaints [viability of SSD (still too little firepower and health), usefulness of SoC troopers(still worthless with current abilities in it's present formation), as well as how unballanced alliance fighter/bomber spam and CSA bomber/fighters are when fighting weaker single seaters and the still not overall worthwhile AA ships (the Tartan Cruisers and other AA weapon positions are not putting out enough accurate damaging firepower vs fighters and bombers...I was able to kill a Tartan Cruiser with two squads of Y-wings and an X-wing squadron easily without losing a single squadron)] remain the same.
