Changelog

• Mod rebuilt into two independent modules - Classic (previous mod content) and Legion (new content allowing early recruitment of Legion)
• All audio banks now fully unique to prevent potential loading issues.
• Improved dialogue for early recruits on Horizon.
• Implemented a timer system so that loyalty missions will not trigger immediately on recruitment.
• Cleaned up PlotSync implementation.
