Hello, could you help me? i'm trying to set division limiters to majors and minor countries, as in, all minors would get division cap of 50, while Germany would get around 350, SU would get 430, US would get 100, UK would get 90 so on and so forth, cna you help me?
Theres many numbers all over the place in default.txt could you perhaps show more detail and explain it for dummies :) thank you
