Updated 1.1 - CinematicDOF.FX was acting up and blurring the entire gun instead of just the back of it (lower screen). Should hopefully be OK now.

Hi, sorry about the delay, moddb didn't notify me about this comment. The two presets you will have dropped into your Max Payne root folder will be the only things you need to look at. They are presets already setup with the effects, so pick either one of them, one is with blur and one is without. Good luck!
