Upscaled Textures for the DC Universe Mod for Freedom Force
You can get the mod at Alex's Freedom Fortress (alexff.com)
Install the mod, then unpack the file to the DCU Folder inside the game's root folder.
Note: The heads use textures diferent from the skins for the world model, so they couldn't be changed.
