Du spielst als Rebell Frank Harrison, der sich gerade in seinem Versteck außerhalb von City 17 aufhält. Er wurde durch die Explosion der Zitadelle, die von Dr. Freeman und Alyx Vance verursacht wurde, geweckt. Die Evakuierung von City 17 ist im Gange. Er muss sein Haus verlassen und sich seinen Weg nach City 17 erkämpfen. Er muss einen Evakuierungszug erreichen, solange noch Zeit ist.... Spiel deine Rolle in den Ereignissen, die während der ursprünglichen Half-Life 2: Episoden 1 und 2 stattgefunden haben.
