This mod tightens the distance tuning for Road Guides, so streets and avenues get placed closer to each other when using guides.
You may not want to use this mod if you use guides off of curved road though, as you might not get as many buildings developing.
To install this mod, just extract the rar file into your SimCityData folder. This mod was made using Oppie's SimCityPak tool.
