Arstotzka Unmunged Map Files

(FOR MODDERS ONLY)

After 2 years, I have finally unmunged and released the source files for my Arstotzka map.

Note that this is unmunged so it won't be exactly accurate, I say about 80% accurate to my original map, but you can fix it yourself.

Note: If the geysers don't give health correctly then try adding a new region to the map, it can be any region even just Region0. This will hopefully fix it.
Very weird bug, idk what causes it.
