Anno 1404 - Venice - Unofficial Patch v1.10 file

The patch greatly improves the game, to the point of making the basic (v2.01.5010) obsolete, in my opinion.

The detailed description of the changes therein,
and the installation instructions, are provided in the download file (in PDF format).

This, to my knowledge, supports both Steam and G.O.G versions,
and is the latest, available, version of the said unofficial patch (i.e: v1.10).
