Aberration Part 1 is finally released! Require HL2 EP 2 to play, extract to your steam/steamapps/sourcemods folder, then restart steam. Thanks to NH2 and Hen for an idea.

In remark to a deleted post. I did not steal anything from NH2. Everything in this mod was made by me. Though an idea that was in NH2 I did copy. That idea though was 100% re-made by me in the mod. So you're wrong, I did not copy content from NH2.

You did nothing wrong. Copyright does not support ideas. You can take ideas however you want. Its the actual thing you need fixing.

its been a while since i last saw a freshly released mod. I cant wait to play it to be honest.
I kinda can see how they think you copied something from NH2. While I was playing, I could tell you used some ideas from NH2, and that the flashlight and cannot use sound was from NH2.. other than that, good job on this mod! :P
do i need HL2E2? can i just use portal 2 or left 4 dead 2?

Okay, for one, this went from, moderately spooky, to just another action game, and about that, maybe next time, you try and calm down on the numbers of enemies, or maybe just give the player more cover. I actually stopped playing after I died 10 times on the same area because there were too many guards and not enough places to take cover from the fire, or reload. Over all I rate this mod 2/10 and the only reason it gets a two, is because it was actually good in the beginning.

I've got a problem: when I try to start the campaign, the game crash and there is an error: ED_Alloc: no free edicts

I played Aberration once but now get the crash with error Ed_alloc:no free edict. I read the creator's comment about computer specs being the problem but I've got an Intel I74770k and SLI Nvidia GTX 660TI so that's not it. I tried everything.Tried launch option "-num_edicts 2047" and higher numbers but no change. PLEASE advise to solution???
