how do i install the mod and play it? im new to modding half life
uncompress the rar file in your half life folder and restart your steam and the mod appear in your steam lib or search an tutorial in youtube how install half life mods

You didn't fix anything, I'm sure you put the dlls from another mod or the vanillas thinking that would solve your problem but no, that will only make the mod no longer the same mod because it literally becomes another game, I guess you're trying to run the mod in a pirated version, won or xash, sorry but the mod only runs on steam
It works well on pirated versions, I did it on my pirated hl1, its just that EcoFunTimesYT doesn't know what he is doing and where to place the files
