YES! Expanded Wars 3 IS indeed planned to be made. It will be for C&C RA 3 and will be started after EW2 is completed. Unfortunately EW2 has not been started due to my lack of experience coding C&C 3 and the fact that EW1 is not completed yet.
EW3 is actually before EW1 and is entitled: Expanded Wars III: The Beginnings of War.
The Storyline to EW3 goes like this:
After the War on Terror ended in 2010 with the fall of Bin Ladin. the Soviet Union was reborn. Unfortunately for the US, it plunged the world back into war. A new secret army was also developing new and strange technologies at the time, this new army, the Stormlord Army awaited for the perfect opportunity to attack. That day came and the Stormlord army nearly plunged the world into eternal darkness. The US beamed a message into deep space hoping that someone would respond. Who did? the RSA responded... with war. Now a new war has begun. A war between 5 factions. Who will win? Well, thats up to you!
EW3 will include many new units and a glimpse at the past technologies of the RSA and their long lost enemy the Stormlord Army while including many new features to the 3 factions of RA3. As I said. EW3 will begin production after EW2 is completed. I expect to begin work in no less than 3 years on it. I know thats quite the wait, but If some things change (People to help with EW1 and EW2) thats just the way it will be.
