deadweight studios was originally formed in 2008 by Robert Bednarek. In May of 2011 gShift was released. In 2014 deadweight studios was acquired by NEXUS Studios, Inc. and renamed deadweight games. Currently the group is operating out of the Chicago suburbs. Our mission remains the same. We believe in the fun and creativity of video games. We see it as our mission to bring the joy of gaming we grew up with to as many people as possible. We’ve been working to develop new games for all platforms, and you will hopefully see those soon!
When a horrible accident unleashes waves of gravitational force across the planet, it cracks the crust and sends floating land masses into the air.
