I've made this by using gta sa txdworkshop.This contain skins and powers of the flash.It contains injustice flash,dc universe flash,kid flash,jay garrick,black flash,hunter zolomon,reverse flash and kid flash.Still working on new 52'sonicic flash and the rival and they'll be available soon.
You can use your Grand Theft Auto San Andreas multiplayer or single player to play with this mod you just have to rename the skins to different ped names and then you can import them with alci's img tool and then copy all the files to your gta sa root folder.After doing that you need to download gta sa cheater.You will see three version of it install the v3.during the game press ctrl+c to activate it go to micclanous and use left or right arrow to see through the peds you will see your flash between them.
I'm sorry but i forgot to add jay garrick skin i added the injustice flash skins two times.
