TF86 Temp Special Forces addon

-This addon contains units depicting United States and United Kingdom Special Forces operators. These units were originally being created to replace the current SJB SAS and TF86 Navy SEALs. These were compiled and finished so that the work put into them would not be wasted, and also to provide a temporary improvement to tide over TF86 until the release of the next unit pack which contains all new high quality models and textures.
