SANJUYT Skin for GTASA addon

Don't know the character, don't know the game, heck, I don't even make male skins too often. I'm used to make anime girl skins, but that GTAForums post catched my eye. I just made it on a whim and on some kind of speedrun to see how much would take me to make a skin.
