Changes the standard HOI 4 combat system to a more advanced one. Experience will have a stronger effect on the outcome of the battle. This mod does not facilitate the game, it makes it more interesting. Generals, field marshals and admirals can be pumped up to level 30. Choose your leaders carefully. Skills from the leaders are pumped to level 30. Depend on the level of the officer. Units are pumped to level 52. Do not forget to train the division before the attack. The maximum experience of the army, navy and aviation is 5000. The maximum command resource is 300. The standard number of divisions in General 48. Maybe more. Field Marshal can have an infinite number of divisions. New Leader Features System. Extra slots for hell. General: Compatible with many global mods and vanilla.
