Level Select Thumbnails Add-On addon

This add-on adds new images for the Level select menu in Duke Nukem Forever. All of the levels* now have images. Inside of the .zip there is a FAQ file explaining how to install the addon.

*Ghost Town's final level and Unfriendly Skies' only level were both missing, so both now use a default "No level" image.
