Eric凯妈 The last part of the description is probably intended for use in propaganda purposes and to show power. Hence the name itself literally means "Storm-class". Also the codename (much like the NATO reporting codenames) of this tank is M-2002.

Actually Eric凯妈 the one you've just uploaded really resembles the recent variant, the Songun-Ho or Songun-915 IMHO.
