It's a Reshade preset for Max Payne.

Install:
1. Install the Reshade3 to the game folder Reshade.me
2. Copy the files and the folder from the reshade folder to the game folder
3. Rewrite your game path in the d3d9.ini
4. If you dont use the WideScreenFix script, you need to use the Reshade d3d8.dll to convert the d3d8 to d3d9 Reshade.me
I highly recommend to use the WideScreenFix script Github.com
