It's good but please tell me how can I use it on Gta Sa game? I have never used a mod before
First of all, get this: Gtaforums.com. Old way of replacing files in .img archives is not safe (for me). You'll need to get a ASI Loader for SA, if you don't have one (just google, there are some).
If you have set everything up, create a new folder in modloader named "Miami Vice Weapons" and extract all files from the mod there. So chromegun.dff/txd/others ends in that folder.
That's it, enjoy playing with the mod. You can disable it from options menu, if you want to.
