This mod makes it so when you press the G key on your keyboard you switch between first and third person.
This mod makes it so when you press the G key on your keyboard you switch between first and third person. It is designed to work flawlessly with Left 4 Dead. You press the G key and it gives you a nice over the shoulder view of your character. Press it again and it puts you back into first person. Look at the picture for an example. A video will be posted soon.
Differences from doing this through the console:
You can toggle between first and third person by pressing G
Works in Campaign, Survival, and sometimes Versus (works in Versus when it wants to)
Works offline or online
Works in your server or anyone elses
No aiming issues (shoots right where your crosshair is pointed)
Does not stop you from gaining achievements (this is not considered a cheat)
Installation:
1. Download the installer
2. Install to your left 4 dead\left4dead\cfg folder (if you have Steam this is selected by default)

Exactly and you also don't have to redo it every time you restart the game AND the cross hairs are precise and not off to the side.
The crosshair may be precise but the aim is still of. It works fine up close but at longer ranges it's off. By alot.
Also the shotgun makes no sound when fired in 3rd person.
so is it suppose to take you to another site?
