Isle of Basmachee Minor (FIX) addon

Small fix for Carnivores: Abandoned Islands. Optimizes the Isle of Basmachee Minor map, which had problems with textures from a distance of +- 50 meters. (I DO NOT ASSIGN AUTHORITY TO THE MAP ITSELF, I ONLY HAVE A RELATION TO THE FIX)
