Everything seems to work fine except the dx11 folder which crashes the game
Yes it's working even with default DiRT 3 shaders, but could You try just copying shaders from "shaderpack" folder and not "shaderpack_dev".
I've got crash! With dx11 shaders and without it... (Steam Launching)
For those who have crushes, just use effects.xml from postprocess folder

If not, please can you share an all-in-one download package?
I'm new to Dirt 3 (almost a decade late, but better than never) so any advice on modding the game is very much appreciated.
