HD GROUNDS part 2 addon

This is part 2 of the HD texture pack im doing in my down time. This part includes some more asphalt, concrete grass and also does bits of the interior for mecurios apartment. As a work in progress obviously I may stop working on this at any point but I hope to at least cover grounds in the game to some degree though buildings are out of my scope for the most part.
