Slightly increased the Magnum's bullet error Magnum and Assault Rifle vs Elite Energy Shield modifiers increased to 1.0.
Assault Rifle damage per bullet increased from 10 to 12.
Swapped the damage and age penalties of the Plasma Rifle and Plasma Pistol. This is likely what Bungie intended, as they probably just forgot to swap these values when swapping which weapon has the overcharge shot.
Needles travel further and speed up as they fly.
Removed Banshee Fuel Rod Bombs.
The Hunter no longer dies in one shot from the Magnum or Sniper Rifle.
