Lets German EVA say 'unit ready' instead of 'construction complete' when building units. Use only with German version. German: EVA sagt hiermit 'Einheit bereit' anstatt 'Konstruktion fertig', wenn man Einheiten baut. Nur für die deutsche Version gedacht."
