Sorry for the late reply, simply extract the "Filipino Skin Addon v.2" folder to Men of War Assault Squad 2\mods folder.
How to use it po? I extracted it and selected it in the mod menu, still i cant find the models and the voice lines present in the game i have vanilla mowas2.
Sadly this version is only availabled on Men of War Assault Squad 2 Editor mode, this mod was integrated with the Rising Sun Mod in Steam Workshop which you can find here: Steamcommunity.com
Though you will have to wait for future update until it was released.
