ENB by Surena addon

ENB Series are easy to use, just copy all the files from the main folder to your GTA IV/EFLC folder.
If you are playing EFLC, then copy all files from the EFLC folder to your game folder aswell.
Backups for GTA IV included.

Tested and worked on GTA IV 1.0.7.0 and EFLC 1.1.2.0.
I am not sure if this ENB will work on other patches, but you can try it out.

It`s a mix between CryENB and ICEnhancer with a lot of tweaking to match what I like.
