Installation:

0. Make sure to back up your Campaigns of the Coalition startpos.esf and scripting.lua in "Napoleon Total War\data\campaigns\mp_eur_napoleon" to a safe location unless you want to redownload those files through Steam again!
1. Take the scripting.lua and startpos.esf in this .7z file in NTW_Egypt_AllPlayable and place them in "Napoleon Total War\data\campaigns\mp_eur_napoleon"
2. Launch the game and navigate to "Campaigns of the Coalition," select from your choice of Britain, Bedouin, Ottomans, or Mamelukes, and play!

Description:

A simple startpos and scripting modification that enables the other factions of the Egyptian campaign to be played in a theatre-specific campaign, created so I don't need to use Napoleon Total Factions. Feel free to use this as a base for any mods if you so choose.
