M4A1 stock retracted CQBR with Flashlight

even the .223 seems to be similar to the 5.56x45 they are still different.
not only by grain,primer,pressure and headspace...

Sierra´s Tier_Three_Pack for example has the 5.56x45 mm included just by the name .223blt & .223FMJblt
BUT use exact the same stats as .223 & .223FMJ.

i chaged a bit for a slightly different performance (compared to the .223 of my ammodef index)
to represent the M4QD flash hider the muzzelflash was also bit reduced.

if you want a "standart" performance from the 5.56x45 mm
i suggest you to find a rifle with an 20 inch barrel which shoots the amo and use muzzle velocity mutiplyer to reach something like 2800 fps.
thats how i have done it atm.
