It is a new Kevlar vest from the stalker's military outfit, Using the TXD Workshop open the "gta3.img" which is located at "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\models" and replace the needed file/s. he hope ya guys like it and that he was more on the way.
