Yea because the Battleships has a wide Range of over 20000m (real over 35000m) :) But the Bugs are annoying i can not fix the Bugs.

I am currentently working on a version for BSmodHQ 4.0 it will a total historcal realism mod with real:

- Weaponranges include BB, CL, CA, DD Main, Secondary & Anti air guns
- Turret Rotationtime & Elevationtime (warning BBs are very very slow. For Example Yamato now need about 90 seconds for 180 degree Rotation of her Main turrets)
- Muzzle Velocitys off most maybe all guns
- Reloadtime of all weapons
- some more

i am already finsih but the problem like the old version is again here and i dont no what it is. The last mission of JP campaign crash game a few time after start

doesnt work everytime i load into a game in singlerplayer it crashes my whole game

No, really no mission works for you? Ok thats not good to hear. with installed BSmodHQ 4.0 its more easier to install the modified version from me. i try it to make it flawless but i can not promise :/

Seems sort of stable for IJN, though the US training grounds don't work and instead hard crash to desktop.

Nope, nevermind, Port Moresby was just a lucky selection... I do like the idea on realistic ranges and all, but this mod currently is a no-go until further developments can ensue.

I have good and bad news. the good one is i found the problem why crash the game. the bad one is its because the realistic weaponranges because destroyers and cruisers can fire her Artillery on 15000-18000 meters cruisers 25000-29000 meters and by Missions where is a lot of ships and i mean a lot of like in the mission Invasion on Hawaii.

that problem is i think to many ships can simultaneously fire and that effect to much shells are in the air. that would make sense to me at least why the game crashes. maybe i will make 2 versions of my modified files. one for campaign with increased but not realistic weaponranges and one for just for fun with realistic weaponranges but u can use only in Trainingmode or skirmishes where are not so many ships in the map

For you that would mean that depending on what you want to play before you choose which modified file to use. I hope that's okay. Another possibility is not to play the game stably and to have everything realistic

With installed BSmodHQ 4.0 its really very easy to replace the modified files u can change it in few seconds just drag and drop

Quick question about the factor realism: can you do something about the ugly feature that the bombs will authomatically recharge themselfs? Meaning: in the regular game there is the option that allows you to disable this unrealistic feature but you cannot change the plane in the squadron after the release of the bomb, can you make something like a key for change plane in the same squadron? Thank you for ur time and let me tell ya: this mod is awesome!

Sorry i can do nothing anymore. With release from BSmodHQ 4.0 are disabled all my changes. If i change something, game crash immediately
