Description
This is a unique Black Rumpo from mission 'Under Surveillance' in GTA III. It can now be found on city streets in addition to the other colours. Installation instructions are in the readme.

LoL this is easy to edit
I know, car colors are generally easy to edit. But the reason I made this is because this vehicle is unique, and can only be found in one mission. Now it can be found on the streets in addition to other colors. ;)
Nice, always loved this Rumpo.
Now go get the Diablo Stallion into GTA: VC and SA. :P
